This website allows homeowners in Shelby NC and surrounding Cleveland County to request:

• Free roof inspections
• Quotes for repair or replacement
• Help with insurance claims for storm or hail damage

Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a binding contract for services. Any roofing work performed will be subject to a separate written agreement.

3. Eligibility

You must be:

• At least 18 years old
• A homeowner or authorized representative of the property
• Located within our service area (Cleveland County NC and surrounding ZIP codes)

4. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting a form. Submitting false information may result in your request being declined and may, in extreme cases, constitute fraud under applicable state law.

5. Communication Consent

By submitting the form, you consent to be contacted at the phone number provided. This consent is documented and verified by an independent service (TrustedForm).

You may revoke consent at any time per our Privacy Policy.

6. No Guarantee of Services

We strive to respond to all requests within 24 hours, but:

• Response times may vary during severe weather events when demand spikes
• Free inspections are offered subject to scheduling availability
• We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our service area, for properties we cannot safely access, or for other reasonable business reasons

7. No Guarantee of Insurance Outcomes

We provide assistance with insurance claims but cannot guarantee any specific outcome from your insurance company. Settlement amounts, claim approvals, and coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, design — is the property of Infinity Roofing & Restoration or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

This site uses third-party services (Facebook advertising, CallRail call tracking, TrustedForm consent verification, form processing) which have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Roofing & Restoration is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or submission of a form.

Our total liability for any claim related to this website is limited to $100 USD or the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
